About Gold Rate Qatar
A clear Qatar gold market tracker for people comparing bullion, jewellery and weight-based value. The site is designed to make the next question easier: what exactly am I being quoted for?
What we publish
The tracker publishes per-gram values for 24K, 22K, 21K and 18K gold in Qatari Riyal. Weight tables, charts and the calculator turn those figures into practical comparisons.
The market rate is a reference point. It is not presented as a retail invoice or a promise of the price at any individual shop.
How history is handled
A daily history row is kept only after the rate passes the site checks for currency, carat and usable numerical values.
When a day has no valid market observation, it remains absent. A clean gap is more honest than a made-up historical number.
From market rate to a real purchase
Choose the same carat as the item you are considering. Multiply by its net gold weight, then add the making charge shown by the shop.
For stone-set or branded pieces, keep gemstone value and brand premium separate from gold value. That makes both the purchase price and a future resale conversation much clearer.
